Is overthinking a mental disorder?

 What is OVERTHINKING ??

{ It means to think too much about something/ everything. Thinking for no reason. }


Just as gluttony spoils our well being gradually, in the same way overanalyzing is harmful for the intellect. It is our firm believe that only negative thoughts upset the mind, no thinking too much can proves to be harmful.

One piece of advice ;

Think less , Do more!!

Make this your core and keep your path moving constantly in the walk of life.

🤔 Have you ever heard that by just thinking, a person has accomplished his life aim and succeed. Persistent effort and bright outlook goes hand in hand.

As like as cat nap regenerates a person, who has been tired of the day, So does thoughts do. The more precise and mindful thoughts we have, the bigger will be our success.

It would be totally wrong to say and even expect someone to always think positive and stay far away from negativity.

Yes !! Yess !!! If you love living in a fantasy world then this gonna work perfectly for you. But in this pratical world it is not possible even for a moment.

This is my view point , I don't know about any particular person. Being completely isolated from the world, we can't attain growth and serenity.

Whoever said so "When life gives you lemons make lemonade."

Thinking is a natural process sometimes there will be negative thoughts and sometimes positive. We accept things in what form, actually it matters, other things just pointless.

If it is assumed that both negative or positive thoughts are normal, then negativity will have no worthwhile.

In today's world , the basis of most of the diseases is only and only overanalyzing of words .... 🙆 🙆

It has not been limited to the youth or elders. Rather, it has created its own pace in the minds of the students/kids as well.

It's necessary to get the right direction to the wandering mind, so that his/her energy can be saved from wasting.

80% of humans will power is being wasted. Hardly, 20% is being utilised. So, there is a great need to pay attention to the thought process. If some useless thinking is going on, then ofcourse our energy is being wasted.

Overthinking - Anxiety Attack!

Overthinking can contribute to - Depression, Anxiety, and other such alarming diseases. 

It's a root cause, we engaged ourselves in curing the external diseases. If it get absorbed in a formidable form in the person, then it starts its work like a slow poison.

In my opinion, to overcome from all these, only thing you have to figure out is .. Why??

Miracle will not happen ~

It's your choice in which direction you wanna lift your thoughts and what you wanna face in the coming life .???
